A REALTOR® is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
As a Medical Laboratory Professional spending more than a decade producing critical diagnostic data for providers and patients alike, I am passionate about maximizing the quality of my product. My precision in analytics demonstrates an ability to deliver an excellent experience to all clientele. Introspection is important and I recently decided to deviate from the laboratory field in order to serve a new subset of our Tri-Cities Community in Real Estate.
I’m proud to be a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. As a resident of the Tri-Cities, I have great working knowledge of the residential market from following the trends over the last several years. I understand how to accommodate clients of any type from young families to professionals, retirees, and more. Employing a creative approach in collaboration with clients by establishing a detailed profile of their needs, wants, and desires in a home is essential. My personal mantra is to work smart and to me; building trust and respect is the recipe for success. It would be my pleasure to make your dreams a reality and welcome you home.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industryExperience
Admittedly, I have no direct Real Estate experience to date. However, I do not perceive this as a weakness as I have no preformed habits in practice. I believe I would make a great Broker and partner to a motivated creative Real Estate team dedicated to the community they serve. It would be my pleasure to help you find your dream home.
